President

After giving up his dreams to play drums for Bruce Springsteen or shortstop for the Yankees, Marc discovered and fell in love with marketing.

Marc is a veteran of agencies Leo Burnett, Razorfish, FCB, and TPN, and spent time on the client side as CMO at Cosi Restaurants and the Adler Planetarium, and VP, Marketing at the National Restaurant Association. His clients included some of the country’s (and world’s) largest brands including Coca-Cola, Kraft, Microsoft, the National Restaurant Association, and others.

Today though, Marc has built Digital Marketing Partners with a focus on bringing big brand agency thinking, strategy, and personnel to small and mid-market companies that want to scale.

Marc is a graduate of the University of Illinois and lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife, son and the ruler of the house, Chewie, a feisty wire-haired dachshund.

Julia Hauswirth

Head of Graphic Design

Julia joined Digital Marketing Partners in April, 2022, and immediately lifted the quality of the creative product. She combines a youthful and fresh take on creative development with a well-trained and well-honed design sense. Upon her arrival, her work on brands including Jiffy Lube, Data Drive, Real Time Feedback, Programmers, and other clients made an immediate impact.

Julia is a graduate of the Iowa State University College of Design, ranked as one of the top 7% of design programs in the U.S She lives in Third Lake, IL with her best four-legged friend, Tucker.

Heather Long

Strategy Lead

Heather, a veteran of ad agency Ogilvy and multiple client-side roles, brings over 15 years of marketing experience across brand, agency and consulting. She considers herself a hybrid strategist, passionate about designing customer centric programs and bringing them to life across both digital and analog channels. Her clients have included Spin Master, PEPSICO, Michael Kors, Starbucks, Calvin Klein, Southwest, Hallmark and Johnson & Johnson. Heather earned a MS in Integrated Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing from New York University and an Honors BS from the University of Delaware. Most weekends you can find her taking walks along the river with her husband, their four-month-old daughter, Sidney and their “first-born,” Willis, a sweet but anxious rescue Jindo from Korea.

Jen Davis

Director of Paid Media

Jen Davis has spent her entire 25+ year career in digital marketing, with over half of that time at agencies. And like others in the industry, she has most likely seen it and done it, is fully certified and has dozens of great case studies. However, what sets Jen apart is her creative solutions. For her, it isn’t about picking keywords, choosing audience demographics, writing ad copy, and putting all of it into the platform and hoping it does well. Hope is not a strategy. Jen, instead, uses data, thinking like the consumer and examining competitors, to deliver a unique strategy toevery single account she manages.


She received her bachelor’s degree from Dominican University and her master’s degree from DePaul University. In addition to her work in digital advertising, she also enjoys time with her husband, Chris, and her two dogs, Hugo and Petunia, as well as wildlife photography.


Nancy Shamberg

Commerce Strategy Lead

Nancy Shamberg is our resident commerce expert with deep experience working at the top Retail and CPG brands in the industry, including Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, Clorox, Kelloggs, SC Johnson and Safeway/Albertsons.

With a unique blend of global agency leadership roles at Omnicom and Publicis, and client-side roles at Bed Bath and Beyond and as a CMO in the Private Equity space, Nancy can help clients to navigate almost any marketing problem. But her true superpower is helping clients unlock growth through better understanding of customer Journeys and developing action plans to drive conversion. Clients love her for her high energy and sound perspective.

When she isn't busy marketing, Nancy is working on her pickleball game, walking her fur baby, Gigi and playing mom to three great kids.

Jessica Parks

Senior Copy Writer

Copywriter held captive by a Vietnamese street dog and forced to propel businesses' copy. Last seen writing robotics whitepapers for various high-tech companies, drafting tour guides for Tourscanner, and driving marketing B2B teams to the finish line. 

Madelyn Stillman

Senior Graphic Designer

Madelyn is a storyteller at heart, no matter the medium. She grew up writing poetry, choreographing dances, taking photos, and molding clay until she discovered the world of branding and marketing in college.

Madelyn received her B.S. in Interactive Digital Media with minors in Graphic Arts and Film Studies from Immaculata University. She draws from her diverse background in graphic design, digital media, copywriting, and video production to fuse strategy and creativity into brand and web design. When not building brands, Madelyn enjoys teaching dance, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with a pint of Ben & Jerry’s.

Mena Severino

Recently graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mena's love for Graphic Design and Social Media is infectious. Mena has always been surrounded by the arts, as her artistic family inspired and nurtured their passion for design. With a professional edge and a background in Marketing and Social Media, Mena knows how to bring creative ideas to life in the online realm. And when she's not crafting captivating designs, you'll find Mena indulging in her obsession with reality TV shows and sitcoms!

Claire Ferriss

Project Manager

Claire Ferriss is a recent graduate from the University of Illinois, and joined our team October 2023. She is thrilled to take on the role of Project Manager. With a background in sports marketing and a deep passion for the field, Claire is excited to collaborate with clients and turn their marketing goals into reality. Her enthusiasm and dedication are the driving force behind her commitment to achieving outstanding results. In her free time Claire likes to travel, spend time outdoors, and unraveling the mysteries of true crime podcasts. Claire is also an avid sports fan and loves supporting the Chicago Bears, Cubs, and Illini basketball.
